    Terms & Conditions

    1. Definitions
      In these Terms and Conditions:
      • “Company” means Hasco Kitchens Limited.
      • “Customer” means any individual, business, contractor, developer, installer, or trade purchaser placing an order with the Company.
      • “Goods” means all kitchen furniture, components, accessories, worktops, appliances, and related products supplied by the Company.
      • “Order” means any order placed by the Customer and accepted by the Company.
    2. Application of Terms
      1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, and contracts for the sale of Goods by Hasco Kitchens Limited.
      2. No variation to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by a director of the Company.
      3. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
    3. Quotations
      1. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
      2. Quotations are based on the information provided by the Customer and may be revised if specifications, quantities, or requirements change.
      3. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend any quotation before acceptance.
    4. Orders
      1. An Order is accepted only when confirmed in writing by the Company.
      2. Once accepted, an Order for made-to-measure, bespoke, or specially ordered Goods cannot be cancelled except with the Company’s written agreement.
      3. Any amendment requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges and revised lead times.
    5. Measurements and Specifications
      1. Where the Customer supplies measurements, plans, or specifications, the Customer is solely responsible for their accuracy.
      2. Where the Company carries out a site survey, measurements will be taken using reasonable skill and care. The Customer shall provide safe and unrestricted access to all relevant areas.
      3. The Customer should promptly notify the Company of any alterations to the property, layout, or structural features occurring after a site survey has been completed.
      4. The Customer should not schedule installation work until all Goods have been received and inspected.
      5. Kitchen Design and Site Survey Disclaimer:
        • All kitchen designs, plans, drawings, visualisations, and renders supplied by the Company are provided for illustrative and planning purposes and are subject to final verification prior to manufacture.
        • Where the Customer provides measurements, plans, or specifications, the Customer accepts full responsibility for their accuracy. The Company shall not be liable for errors, omissions, incorrect sizing, fitting issues, or additional costs arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Customer or any third party acting on their
          behalf.
        • Where the Company conducts a site survey and takes measurements, the Company will use reasonable skill and care in obtaining those measurements. Any kitchen design produced from those measurements shall be based upon the information reasonably available at the time of the survey.
        • The Customer shall ensure that all areas to be measured are fully accessible during the site survey. The Company shall not be responsible for inaccuracies resulting from restricted access, unfinished building works, concealed services, structural alterations undertaken after the survey, or changes made by the Customer or third
          parties following the survey.
        • The Customer remains responsible for ensuring that their installer, builder, contractor, electrician, plumber, or other tradesperson verifies the suitability of the final design and identifies any site-specific issues before installation commences.
        • The Company shall not be responsible for installation errors, site conditions, structural defects, uneven walls, floors or ceilings, building tolerances, or works carried out by third-party installers or contractors.
        • The Customer should not arrange installation dates, engage tradespeople, or incur related costs until all Goods have been delivered, inspected, and confirmed as complete.
    6. Price and Payment
      1. Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
      2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Order value is payable upon placing the order.
      3. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in cleared funds before Goods are released for delivery or collection.
      4. The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.
      5. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in storage charges, delivery delays, or cancellation of the Order.
    7. Delivery
      1. Delivery dates provided by the Company are estimates only and shall not be of the essence of the contract.
      2. he Company shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, transport providers, weather conditions, labour shortages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
      3. The Customer shall ensure suitable access for delivery.
      4. Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
      5. Any shortages, damage, or defects visible upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
      6. The Customer must inspect all Goods before arranging installation.
    8. Collection of Goods
      1. Where Goods are collected by the Customer or their representative, risk passes upon collection.
      2. The Customer is responsible for checking the Goods before leaving the collection point.
    9. Retention of Title
      1. Ownership of the Goods shall remain with Hasco Kitchens Limited until full payment has been received.
      2. Until ownership passes, the Customer shall:
        • Store the Goods safely;
        • Keep them identifiable as the Company’s property;
        • Not sell, transfer, or dispose of them without the Company’s consent.
    10. Returns and Cancellations
      10.1 Bespoke, made-to-order, customised, or specially manufactured Goods are nonreturnable and non-refundable.
      10.2 Stock items may only be returned with the Company’s prior written approval.
      10.3 Approved returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
      10.4 Returned Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    11. Trade Customers
      1. Trade Customers are responsible for verifying all specifications before ordering.
      2. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from delays to third-party projects, labour costs, installation costs, or contractual penalties incurred by Trade Customers.
      3. Trade Customers acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates only.
    12. Consumer Rights
      1. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
      2. Where Goods are bespoke, customised, or manufactured to the Customer’s specification, cancellation rights available under consumer legislation may not apply.
    13. Limitation of Liability
      1. The Company’s total liability arising from any claim relating to the Goods shall not exceed the value of the relevant Order.
      2. The Company shall not be liable for:
        • Loss of profits;
        • Loss of contracts;
        • Loss of business;
        • Indirect or consequential losses;
        • Installation costs; Delays caused by third parties.
      3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
    14. Force Majeure
      1. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier failures, transport disruptions, strikes, shortages of materials, fire, flood, epidemic,
        pandemic, or government restrictions.
    15. Data Protection
      1. The Company will process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
      2. Customer information will only be used for purposes relating to quotations, orders, deliveries, warranties, and legal obligations.
    16. Governing Law
      1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
      2. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
