Meet The Team
Scott Haynes
Director & Kitchen Designer
The second time around was even better, learning so much more about the design & creativity required for the role, helping Scott to achieve a record breaking sales year in 2024. This lite a fire in his belly to branch out and leave Howdens in July 2025 to pursue his Dream of running his own Independent Kitchen Design Studio.
And here we are today, offering affordable luxury kitchens to everyone
Scott started his career within the kitchen industry back in 2010 as a Customer sales advisor at B&Q. He soon realised that he had a passion for designing kitchens. With no job opportunities within the business, Scott was offered a Kitchen Sales Designer role within Howdens Joinery in 2013. From here Scott grew as a designer becoming well establish within the trade community, even changing roles and becoming a Sales Rep for just over a year.
In 2019, he was offered to join a local Independent Kitchen Retailers. Scott grew even more as a designer within this role with this company and this sparked his desire for designing kitchens once again. Due to many factors, he was only with this company for 1 year, returning back to Howdens as a Kitchen Sales Designer.
